REFUNDS: Unfortunately, we cannot give refunds for non-attendance or cancellations of courses as we have to meet our financial obligations as far as staffing, facility hire, and general administrative costs are concerned.

Communications: We also kindly ask that all parents are respectful towards our team, and all communications regarding classes and your child are made via email and not onsite, as staff will be engaged in working with your children.
